As can be seen from the presented materials, this discovery, because of its unusual features, can be a harbinger of a new milestone of techniques, physics, mathematics and natural sciences in general.

According to great thinkers, if a mathematical theory is really beautiful, it is bound to be an excellent model of important physical phenomena (P. Dirac).
In this respect, Pre-Arithmetic and Stochastic Technologies (Random Method, Stochastic Method) presented by it, as evidenced by the fundamental character and immense possibilities of the underlying theoretical framework, are really perfectly arranged.
Pre-arithmetic gives rise to other varieties and, along with them, to new arithmetics.
